The hotel is located very conveniently at the Xinghai Square, having access to the subway, being very quick at the several high speed train stations or the freeway. The staff is super friendly and very very helpful in Lamy cases. The hotel itself hat aged and you can see it, nevertheless the staff always do everything to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible.

I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Thank you!

Excellent as always. The only thing I didn't love was that a staff member rings the bell to offer turn down service every night, even when this has previously been declined. Does anyone actually want or need this? It would be great to be able to opt out of these unnecessary interruptions at check-in.

The front desk service is brilliant. The hotel is within walking distance to the nearest Metro station(东方之门站). Great bar and SuMianFang(苏面坊)are within the hotel. Definitely will come back to this hotel in my next visit to SuZhou. One of a kind. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My initial stay didn’t start off great. The concierge saw me struggling with my luggage and didn’t bother to help (would rather listen to his music on his AirPods). Told the front desk (they could check CCTV to see he just sorta watched me). To make amends they sent up some fruit. The room was a good size and clean. The morning buffet is alright but better to get something outside of the hotel as the variety wasn’t too good. Overall a good stay and I would recommend. One downside for sure was the gym / pool. It’s hard to find and the service was terrible. People on their phones until I asked for their attention (just to check details) and they just kept going “Shenme?” Made no effort to help so bailed. It looked pretty filthy as well.

The hotel at the entrance of Tianyu Community is quite strategically located. It is a five-minute walk from the center of Suzhou. The entrance of the hotel is very Southeast Asian style. The room is European style. The area is OK. The bathroom is large. The shower and bathtub are available. The surroundings are also very quiet. To say the places to be improved: 1. The underground garage does not pass to the hotel, which is a bit inconvenient. 2. Breakfast is a set meal, Cantonese style, unit price is not cheap, but even if it is a set meal, if it is changed to Chinese buns, soy milk fritters or Western bread milk, it is better than these.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Especially Willson Wang, he made a trip himself to find out the best route to get to hotel from metro station. He took a video of the route so I can follow it next time. Hotel breakfast has good variety, fresh and tasty. I definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers or vacation travelers.

The location of the hotel is superior, close to the center of Suzhou, Jinji Lake, and it is also very convenient to go to the old city. Because we booked the room in a hurry, when we arrived at the hotel, the hotel upgraded the standard king room to a large business room for free for the three of us. Thank you very much. Wanted a place near suzhou center, so although the location isn't in old town it was perfect for me. Great on site facilities, for a more budget hotel the gym was well maintained and required no extra free, and free laundry room was excellent. It's in a complex with a ton of Korean places, so good food and supermarkets nearby.

Superb hotel, this location, this price, it is such a clean environment and intimate service, conscience store. The little brothers in the store are also super handsome haha, the lower floor can also soak in hot springs to eat hot pot, after Suzhou is stable, later go back to the hot springs ～

I compared and compared this one in advance for a long time. This price can make my three big and one small families very satisfied. The location is absolutely perfect. In this Suzhou landmark, I have never lived on such a high floor. Downstairs is a full commercial plaza. Takeaway is also super convenient, although it is an apartment building but not noisy, the room is very clean and the scenery is very good 👍🏻 The only regret is that I specially came to see the music fountain because I didn't see it in the marathon. I will book this next time I need it! recommend

The hotel offers a bed and complimentary breakfast of excellent quality. It is an underground bunker style good for cold winter and hot summer visits with excellent AC system. Downside is no windows for obvious reasons but dummy windows to give you the feeling of a real room with windows. Quick comfy bed at a manageable rate. Be prepared to outsource lunch and dinner from nearby restaurants or online delivery service. Located on the beautiful shores of Jinji Lake, Suzhou, nice for morning, daytime and evening walks.

I came to run the Golden Marathon with my friends. When we checked in, the staff was very considerate and thoughtful and told us how to get to the bag collection office and how to get to the starting point of the race. I also met many runners here. There is red bean porridge and tea eggs in the lobby, which can be used as a mid-course meal and taste very good. There are small bridges and flowing water in the hall, as well as tea, calligraphy, and Go. It is antique and truly a scholarly family. The rooms are not bad, and they are filled with Suzhou's unique warmth and culture. The twin room we stayed in was very clean, warm and comfortable, and there were snacks for runners in the room, which was very touching. There is a small river in front of the hotel, and the magnolia flowers are also blooming. Everything is right here.

It's the first time I came here to stay. It's really great. The service is very good. It's close to the subway entrance. The service from Xiao Min and Xiao Taozi at the front desk is very good.
