It was our second night at this hotel. Thanks to our waiter Carl, who was always very welcoming and responsive. If we were not in a hurry to go to the next city, we would have planned to stay for two more nights. This time, I would like to comment on the hotel facilities. The hotel gym is really big. It should be more than 100 square meters. It is fully equipped with fitness equipment, including treadmills, mountain bikes, and various strength equipment. It can meet the needs of more than 10 people to exercise at the same time. There are also weight scales, water dispensers, towels, etc. in the gym. There are also resting seats and tea tables. In short, it is very considerate. In addition, the hotel environment is beautifully decorated. There is a flower room in the lobby where you can have tea and rest. There are also some New Year gifts in the lobby. The decoration is very tasteful. I have stayed in many hotels, but this hotel impressed me deeply. I will choose it again when I travel next time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jinjiang Inn Select Suzhou in the industrial park for three nights, and I can confidently say it's a wonderful hotel! The facilities were top-notch, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with a smile. From the well-appointed rooms to the excellent service, my experience was truly delightful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Suzhou!

The hotel is in a great location in Suzhou because the subway station is just block away. The subway entrance is besides a big shopping mall, which has restaurants and a Starbucks. The hotel has free breakfast and gym to workout. Yes, I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Because I am a gold member of InterContinental, I chose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express Chengdong when passing through Zhangjiagang during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays. Overall, I was very satisfied. The day of check-in was the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the location was not close to tourist attractions, so there were not many guests that night. The car could be parked in the inner courtyard behind the hotel. The space was very empty. It would be better if it could be equipped with charging piles (I took a tram). The hotel's service level has maintained the high standards of the Intercontinental Group. Children's toiletries and evening restaurant snack experience coupons are provided to the children when they check in. In addition, the lobby is also equipped with toys and chess and cards that children like, and the front desk also provides fruits before leaving. Overall, It is said that it is the most satisfactory among the many Holiday Inn Express hotels I have stayed at. I will choose it again next time I pass by.
