無論是從服務還是安全性，衞生乾淨程度來説真的是給了我很大驚喜，我認為單從性價比和專業度上面真的有打動到我，（收取外賣和快遞：前台會有專門放取快遞和外賣的地方，不會讓外賣員快遞員上樓，這很大程度的保護了我們客人的人身安全和私隱！取物品的時候衹需要告知前台的工作人員即可），入住的時候很不幸的趕上了大暴雨酒店也很貼心的準備了雨傘供客人使用，回來的時候有點受涼本來想跟前台要杯熱水，結果他們竟然很貼心的準備了紅糖薑茶，很驚喜很感動！

位置優越，酒店坐落在生態公園旁邊，環境十分幽雅舒適，停車方便，大廳簡潔大氣，佈局合理，有輕音樂很好聽，房間落地窗的採光真的太愛了，衞生很乾凈，死角處理的也很好，處處透露着酒店對客人的用心，很滿意的一次出行

我該怎麼説呢，很少寫評論，作為一個酒店，我覺得床墊是最重要的，要柔軟舒適，可是我躺在上面，輾轉反側到十一點半還沒有睡着，床墊太差了，背部都能感受到彈簧戳背，打了前台電話（牀頭櫃的座機也是擺設，打不出去的，後來用自己手機打的），前台小哥叫保安送了兩床被芯，我又起來墊，才勉強睡著了。衞生間的衞生也不達標，淋浴房地上都是長時間洗澡洗出來的污垢，阿姨都不用刷子刷的嘛？黃黃的污垢。還有個護膚乳，一般我都自己帶的，這次忘記了，然後看見酒店有，但是這麼一小瓶，都要循環使用嘛？幾毫升的東西我還要把上家住客用過的的，給下家住客用，太省了吧。就很無語🙄

很不錯，環境設備很好，帶老婆孩子去看演唱會的，前台服務很不錯，早飯品種豐富，臨走時前台小姐姐還給了我女兒一雙小黃鴨的拖鞋，很不錯的一次住宿體驗！
