Fantastic stay at SYYF hotel! Hui Li at reception and the team has been so welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean and amazing value. I totally recommend SYYF for anybody coming to Guilin. Great stay, location and service!

Proximity to Metro Station: 10/10 Room lighting: 9/10 Amenities: 10/10 Breakfast: 8/10 Staff Hospitality: 9/10 English speaking staff need to be improved especially at restaurant; it was hard to communicate when you need something during breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable to stay at. I loved the room we were in, it had a beautiful bathtub. The problem we had was the language barrier, we had to repeat ourselves a lot when we needed something or they would send a wrong thing. Also if we left the room we would have to go renew the door card all the times because it expired, it just didn’t make sense. Breakfast needs a little upgrade to accommodate everyone with more options.

I went to Suzhou for Christmas Eve and my friend helped me book this hotel. I just wanted to take a nap, but I didn't expect that when I checked in at the hotel, I felt that the service was really great. The front desk lady Chen Xi was considerate and gentle. Check-in at the hotel was very convenient. We were shown the room first to make sure there was no smell of cigarette smoke. Mr. Fu at the front desk also arranged a river view room for us, which was even more rare. So we stayed for another two nights, making this trip to Suzhou The trip was very pleasant.
