It’s an excellent choice for location! I have a poor sense of direction, and this hotel made my life easier in Suzhou! From Shanghai Railway Station, you can conveniently transfer to Metro Line 4, then get off at Laodonglu to transfer to Line 5 and get off at Nanyuanbeilu. Take exit 3, and the hotel should be on your right. The front desk team is excellent, and so are the housekeeping and the engineering staff. Well, if you want everything replenished for shampoo or body lotion, I’m sure they’ll gladly do so. I like the sustainability idea that toiletries are not the usual travel-size containers. They’re refillable, so don’t be surprised if the containers aren’t always full. And just in case your room is upgraded (or you will be booking one) with a King-size bed and you’re with a companion, double-check if the bathroom has a door unless you prefer it without one. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel with a beautiful scent in the lobby 😊 One Downside: I feel the breakfast is a little pricey (158 RMB in Trip). Quality-wise, it’s fantastic! Have a hearty breakfast, then take a good walk at the world heritage’s The Master of the Net Garden. It's only about 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Hotel is conveniently located, a 20 minute drive away from Suzhou Railway Station. Front desk staff were lovely and patient, and they kindly upgraded my room type, which came with a bathtub. Although it was at the second level (may be able to hear noises from below and buildings at the side), it did not disrupt me at all. Across the street is a development area with new eateries and bars, and two streets behind, 十全街 can be located as well! Overall it was a lovely experience!

The staffs at Artyzen Habitat Suzhou are awesome! They were so accommodating and going over and above to attend to our request. Families with infant/toddlers should consider as they provide a cot.

Centrally located near popular tourist spots in Suzhou. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Quiet at night.

Clean, affordable, and trendy hotel. It’s near a metro station. It’s located in the older area of the city so there aren’t as many amenities in the immediate vicinity, but it only takes a short and scenic walk to nice streets like 十全街. The hotel restaurant offers decent Suzhou cuisine if you’re in a pinch. The mini bar in your room is restocked daily with three different sodas (Coke, Coke Zero, and Sprite). Overall a pleasant experience and would recommend.

Everything is excellent! From fast check-in to check out, the everyday cleaniness services. locations is good too with many restaurants and mrt just outside the hotel. all the tourist places are also a few mins away by car. very excellent services from 小宋 hailey!! she is super fast to accommodate my needs :) i will definitely stay here again when i come to suzhou!

Peter is great and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. Fred helped us to pay for the laundry services as we do not have a mainland credit card. He was so nice. Thank you

Our first time to Suzhou - hotel staff very friendly and helpful despite our lack of Chinese. Helped us work out the air con. Hotel spotless. Breakfast lovely mix of western and Chinese. Location good - used didi to move around city but could walk to old town

We like the hotel layout and the buffet breakfast was good too. We were there for 2 nights stay, overall a good stay and we got the room upgraded to the room with balcony. The room came with good hairdryer and handheld steamer. We definitely back to this hotel if we visit Suzhou again.

This hotel is located next to a subway exit. Very convenient location. The staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent, the choice are great. Three nights we stayed here in total, this will be place we would love to come back. The room design are comfortable and very clean. The whole experience here was outstanding.

Beautiful newly opened modern hotel with nice design rooms and wonderful a la carte breakfast. Near a small new mall. Definitely recommend to stay here.
