酒店在蘇州斜塘老街內，房間裝修典雅，地理位置方便，酒店員工張張接待熱情，非常友好，並且幫助我解決了一系列的問題和需求，非常感謝。

服務：大概是目前住的同等價位酒店體驗感最好的一次了，工作人員小劉非常熱情周到，辦理完入住親自引領還幫忙把行李拿到房間，售後服務也是很上心。
環境：裝修風格古典雅緻，自帶小陽台，還配有吊椅茶几等，沒事坐那喝杯下午茶發發呆應該很愜意，可惜來去匆匆沒能好好體驗一下；地理環境優越，位於斜塘老街，周邊風景優美，吃喝配套也都相當不錯，不趕時間真的很想多住幾天呀！
衞生：總體來説還是不錯的，因為辦完入住就出去了沒呆多久也就回來睡了個覺，衞生方面也沒多大感覺，不過肉眼可見還是比較乾淨的。
設施：這是唯一體驗不好的地方了，浴室花灑的水太燙啦，怎麼也調不了水温，實在沒法洗澡啊，晚上回到酒店比較晚，第二天一早又要趕飛機，加上那兩天也比較累也就不想折騰了，衹好擦洗一下就趕緊睡了，還是得好好改善一下。
