Very clean hotel and the staffs were really nice

There were obvious bloodstains on the mattress in the room, and there was sticky liquid on the floor in front of the sofa that had dried up. Most of the seats in the restaurant were dirty. When I picked up the bedside phone and called the front desk, there was a strange sound, and the sound insulation was very poor. I called the front desk to change the mattress at night. The girl who came took the bed sheet and quilt cover, and after confirming that the bloodstain was under the bed sheet, she asked me, "Do you still need to change it for you? If you don't need to change it, why should I call~

I didn't notice it at first, the king room has no window (facing the corridor, which is equivalent to no window). After changing to a window room, there is no view at all. I don't know how the Qingjian Lake view room is. You can walk around the lake behind the hotel at night. The facilities are old, the screws fall off, and the bedside lamp will suddenly fall off... I was in a hurry to go out to meet a client in the morning, but the elevator was broken The tea in the room is good, and the breakfast is also OK.

The environment, facilities, hygiene and service of Atour are as satisfactory as ever! Convenient parking, fitness, reading and leisure. The room is spacious, the layout is intimate and comfortable, and the physical examination feels great!

The waiter was sincere and courteous. When I booked a regular room, he directly helped me upgrade to a room with a window. He also reminded me that free midnight snacks were provided, which was very considerate. The room is clean and the facilities are very complete. The bath water is large and hot, very comfortable. The mattress and pillows are also very comfortable. The hotel provides many choices for breakfast, including noodles/fried rice/porridge, etc. The location of the hotel is also very close to Yangcheng Lake and Bicester Shopping Center. It is very convenient to travel around the lake by bicycle, so I personally feel that it is a very satisfactory hotel.

The environment and sanitation are great. Because we have children, they even upgraded us.

The room was clean and quiet. The two ladies at the front desk were very friendly. When they gave me the room card, they reminded me how to get on the elevator. Turn right and walk straight out of the elevator to get to the room. They were very attentive. There was a card with the wife password in the room card bag. This was also very good. Most hotels either have direct internet access or need to call the front desk for the password, so I like this one! When I checked out the next day, I had frozen things to pack. They gave me a hard plastic one with a bow, which was different from the plastic bags or paper bags in ordinary hotels. I think these points impressed me. I have a suggestion that it would be better to install a downlight above the water boiling area, which would be brighter.

The service is very satisfactory, the ladies are warm and thoughtful. I was not satisfied with the room after I checked in, and they changed our room in time after I informed us👍But as a hotelier, I am quite picky. To be honest, the hotel's planning and sanitation are not good, which damages the image of Atour!

My girlfriend and I drove to Yangcheng Lake to relax on the weekend. As a business traveler who is used to staying in Atour, we decisively chose the nearby Atour, which is 9-10 kilometers away from the scenic area. It is very convenient to drive and parking is also very friendly. There are still many parking spaces. The service experience is good overall. The only drawback is that the temperature has just started to rise in April. The single air conditioner cannot be turned on for heating when the central air conditioner is cooling uniformly... Overall, the experience is still good. I will come again if I have the chance.
