出差匆忙沒來得及拍照片，就文字點評下吧，可以説這家店是我住過的如家酒店裡體驗最差的一家，服務簡直是一塌糊塗！我就説三點：第一，訂單上明確寫着送兩份早餐，結果到店辦理入住時前台告知衹能送一份，送兩份就需要兩個人分別登記，還説是加盟店，意思是加盟店就可以玩虛假承諾了嗎？我計較的不是一份早餐，而是承諾的服務就應該兑現，你可以一分都不送但不要玩欺詐，憑這點都可以投訴了，我衹是忙懶得花那精力！第二，房間的熱水壺內壁銹跡斑斑不敢用，打電話前台讓送兩瓶水臨時代替下卻無人接聽，雖然是晚上10點多但前台不應該是24小時有人值守嗎？第三，退房時要求前台開發票，服務員居然不知道怎麼開，説自己是實習生，我看胸前的工牌確實寫着實習生，問題是兩個前台都是實習生，不知道這店長怎麼想的，你安排兩個不懂開發票的實習生同時上崗是何種管理模式呢？不應該是安排一個熟手帶實習生嗎？就這樣耽誤我大量時間最後通過主管電話指導才開出發票而且還訊息缺失，害得我差點沒趕上車！其餘的別家酒店也存在的問題我就不説了，公平起見，還能忍受，就這幾點讓人連帶着對攜程的印象都不好了！唯一的優點就是這家酒店新開業，硬件設施比較新，軟件服務是差到不能再差！
