Can not fault this hotel. An excellent location *if* you are visiting the Shizishan area or SND in general. Could realistically be used as a base for the entire Suzhou too, given its proximity to two metro lines & the SND tram. Especially for those who don't want to be right in the busy city center & want somewhere a bit more chilled (I chose this location as I used to live nearby so know the area well).
Modern, convenient, friendly staff, breakfast, mall, shops & restaurants nearby. No faults here.

The location is quite good & the building looks hyper modern. Yet the room decoration is old in such a modern building: old-fashioned sofa & desk, old-fashioned carpet, etc. The amenity certainly needs update in order to match the reputation of this global brand.

I chose the Holiday Inn for its location.my late check-in and overnight stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

We had a really nice experience here. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room could be a little more spacious. The staff cleaned the environment well...The Breakfast though needs more Western style variety. The hotel is located close to a shopping mall and there are eating options there. Its also near a Lawson which is very convenient for daily small purchases.

Check-in process was so easy (especially for Covid times). Just filled in one form. And the front desk man was so nice and helpful.
Room was clean and comfortable. I have no complaints :)

Located near a subway station and a big shopping center, the hotel is easy to reach. The convenience store downstairs is open 24 hours a day. It is a simple but nice room. The price included breakfast. I was surprised to receive such a good breakfast from a 3 star hotel. I am very pleased with my choice. In the future, if I'm in Suzhou again, I'll stay there.

Great , but key cards dont work properly, every time we went out, we had to approach reception for a new card, cos the previous one doesn't work
