Great Location, Disappointing Stay Despite the hotel's excellent location and proximity to the station, along with the commendable customer service our experience was overshadowed by the lackluster state of the facilities. Upon entering our suite, we were greeted by walls marred with broken pieces and corners cloaked in dust. The curtains hung wrinkled, as if they had given up on life, and the shower offered a lukewarm apology rather than the warm embrace one would expect. The mattress was unforgivingly hard, challenging our desire for a restful night. The absence of a fridge was felt, leaving us with no place to store refreshments or fruit. It was clear that attention to detail had been neglected, with no effort made to maintain the room's integrity, especially disappointing given that this was their suite. The potential for a pleasant stay was there, but the execution fell short, leaving much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

Superb location opposite Suzhou Railway Station. The hotel has helpful staff and is clean. However, their pillows and mattress are not as comfortable. Couldn't sleep well.

Room spacious but floor not clean. Bed was very hard as if sleeping on floor . Can hear the roads sounds from room. Not recommended for light sleeper.

Great location for a short stay, just 2 minutes away from the railway station with access to two metro lines. The room we had came with a small living room and kitchen. Walk in wardrobe, separate toilet and bathing with bathtub. Cleanliness can be improved. The bed was firm and wasn't to our liking. Convenience store, supermarket and food options available just outside the hotel and at the railway station.

convenient location for the long distance bus, high speed train, regular train and metro. you need to walk at least 5 minutes with luggage in tow. check-in was alright and they were ready for us at around 1pm. the room was not as clean though so i would only stay here if i need to. i hope they would take steps to clean the room thoroughly. good thing it was not carpeted. we requested a microwave to heat up food so they brought it up. there's a small convenience store beside it for your basic needs. bottled water was provided in the room.

The location is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We both enjoyed our stay here.

Room is huge with washing machine. Hotel is located just opposite the railway & Metro station. Breakfast is fairly decent. Will book this hotel again for my next visit.

It is well-located and has a nice infrastructure, but it looks like they are not taking care of the details anymore, so the door of the bathroom didn't work, the kitchen started getting rusty, and the bathroom walls look like they're dirty. Has potential but needs more love.

This hotel is right across from the train station, there are lots of small places to eat right next door. Our room had a washer and dryer which is great when you are traveling and looking to do your own laundry. Very convenient and comfortable!

It's located in front of Suzhou Station, so it's easily accessible, and there are many restaurants nearby, so it's convenient. If you ask at the front desk, you can get a free bottle of water, which is convenient to carry around. We stayed in a two-bedroom room. The room was very spacious, and there was a washing machine. There is plenty of storage space, so it's recommended for long-term stays.
