除了不隔音，晚上比較吵，其他都很好，距離各個景點都很近

很親近大自然，兩個蟑螂一個大蜘蛛，寫的有窗户，結果從裏面看的確有窗户，但是用隔板封死了，悶的要死，離景點位置也不近，怎麼起的這個名字，沒有一個地方是正常的

老闆老闆娘很熱情，給寄存行李，耐心講解周邊的景點，酒店位置非常不錯，往西離山塘老街2公里，往東離拙政園和獅子林，平江路也就1.5公里，步行均可到達，十分節省旅遊時間。

房間窗户沒向外，很壓抑，空調遙控器不太靈，浴室衞生難評，樓下的服務態度，男招待態度還好，一開始到的時候時間較早，沒在入房時間，但有空房，便商量後同意六十塊錢加鐘點房提前入住，之後出去兩小時後再回來，換成了女招待交班，態度極其惡劣，開口便是沒這個規定，誰剛剛跟我們説的價錢就去找誰，再三陳述剛剛和男招待商榷後達成的結果，但其沒有與前面同事交接工作的階段，也不相信我們所説，更沒有在我們陳述後打電話詢問同事，態度惡劣，在我們交流無果後選擇在前台休整時以奇怪的語氣試探我們的態度，嘲諷譏笑。不得不説，在奔波一夜過後，該招待的態度讓我們對蘇州的印象直接降到冰點，影響遊客心情，服務建議做做培訓，交接工作做不好就先學習如何待客，沒有溝通的訴求就別做前台。
