設施：有些舊了，小童帳篷下面的小童墊已經曬得發白看不清圖案，洗手池兩個洗手池的出水口，不銹鋼已經生銹，衞生間瓷磚舊了。
衞生：還好，沒太大問題，主要房間有潮黴味，衣櫥發黴了，大片黴斑。
建議不選一樓
環境：房間氛圍感好，洗手池孩子喜歡。大環境很不錯，最喜歡的一點
服務：早餐自助小姐姐有耐心，前台小姐姐也很不錯。做華夫餅的小哥熊貓小哥都很棒，總體感覺推薦去

訂兩間房，別墅區套房衹剩一間，訂了－個標間，套房乾淨衞生沒有任何問題，但標間區域設施老化，房間氣味很重不舒服，反映給酒店，補救服務到位，送了份早餐，還送了訂製蛋糕，給個5星好評吧！
