這家民宿地理位置絕佳，在房間就能看到外面的美景………小橋流水人家，給我媽媽定的，我媽媽非常非常喜歡，説明年還去。在那裡可以遠離城市的喧囂，盡情的享受陽光美景。房東很熱情體貼有愛心。説到這裏我得感謝房東的“救命之恩”，我媽媽因為吃蟹黃麪中毒，迷糊，噁心，上吐下瀉，房東送水，送葯，送吃的，上下樓十幾趟，照顧我媽媽3個多小時，又拿被褥怕我媽涼着，還幫我媽刮痧（頸部手臂後背）、按摩頭部（多虧刮痧把毒儘快排出來，不然後果不堪設想），一直照顧到我媽睡下為止，最讓人感動的是我媽吐的衣服也幫給洗了，真是特別特別感謝房東。

就在景區裏面，主打一個近。
老闆很熱情，裝修風格也挺復古的，還算乾淨，也不吵。
缺點：空調聲音有點大，複式天花太高，熱風打下不來。

訂了平江河景觀最棒的房間，轉了一圈沒有比這間風景和位置好的，過年漲價幅度對比珠三角，真是良心。帶浴缸，孩子非常喜歡。

老闆娘人真的超級好，民宿就在平江路的繁華地段，設施很完備，樓下可以喝茶拍照划船，我們住了兩晚，體驗感非常棒！

独自旅行 沿着平江路一家家找心仪客栈 最终選擇這家 房間陽光充足 落地窗前的大浴缸很驚喜 开窗即見平江河 美景尽收眼底 位置极佳 客棧旁邊就是桃花源和蟹黃面兩家网紅打卡餐廳 我兩天打卡4:次😄 很滿足 南方呆慣了怕冷 老板娘亲自送來双棉被 倍溫暖

這是一個有理有據的差評：1.接待：下午五點多到達民宿，民宿沒有人，打了門口老闆貼的聯繫方式，被告知大門密碼，自己開門進去，老闆説待會有個阿姨會過來，有什麼問題可以找阿姨，很快阿姨也來到了。2.衞生：進房間後着急用廁所，但發現馬桶蓋掀起來裏面那一面全是灰色的點點污跡（附圖1）馬桶裏面有一圈黃色的污跡（附圖2）可見這個馬桶很久沒有被好好清潔過。於是自己用旁邊的馬桶刷刷乾淨，然後再用消毒紙巾擦了兩遍馬桶蓋和坐板。沒叫阿姨來清潔，純粹是懶得溝通了，基於他們對清潔的標準，自己搞也更放心。3.基礎設備：①廁所的推拉門有一面不見了（附圖3）導致淋雨的位置毫無遮擋，要淋浴衹能把房間的窗簾拉上。阿姨解釋説門壞了老闆還沒去修理，我都沒力氣生氣了，設備不齊全的房間是不是應該等修繕完好再掛牌給客户預訂呢？當然這是正常經營者和消費者的想法。②洗手盆沒有配備洗手液，疫情時代這是最基本的清潔用具了，另外洗手盆底下還留有上一任住客用過的牙膏沒有收拾掉（附圖4）以上所提到的問題就很離譜，住最便宜的快捷酒店都不會給我一個臟兮兮的馬桶和沒門的廁所。別扯什麼民宿和酒店不同這種概念，我旅遊了一個多月住了各種不同的民宿，我對民宿的期望與要求也沒有和正規酒店一樣高，但接待、衞生和設備都爛成這樣的民宿，真的第一次體驗。如果這是發生在別的季節我就算了，偏偏是剛下過雪凍到極致的冬天，暖氣開了好一會還是沒覺得暖，在這樣的天氣遭受這種住宿條件，真的很痛苦。我是看小紅書的推薦預訂的，看了之前有人留下的差評也還抱有僥倖的心理，想着也許問題都得到改善了，畢竟兩面看平江河景的房型還是很吸引我的。小紅書上説到的咖啡和書籍等美好的氛圍也完全沒看到，嚴重懷疑是原店主轉手給其他人經營了。最後説一下阿姨來房間，聽我説暖氣不暖，就為我拿多了一床被子，這真的幫了大忙，做得好的我也會感恩。一個在平江河邊老房子改造的民宿，本就是蘇州旅遊業的門面，真誠希望店主能提高經營標準。
