各方面都滿意，已是回頭客了，住宿環境清幽雅緻，有里弄特色，設備合宜，住宿感自在安適，服務人員素質佳。

訂的是雙床房 升級了大床房，非常好，服務員小姐姐特別貼心入住當天就貼心電話告知酒店位置，如何停車，還專門來停車場接人，酒店位置就在古街上，不是週六週日 完全沒人 極其意外！但春光已來，小鎮安靜 平靜 很好！

環境幽雅舒適衞生

很好的一次體驗，地址好，就在古鎮上，出門就是景區，服務好，隨叫隨到，滿足要求，免費升級，開心過年，房間温暖如春，早餐也不錯。

The air conditioner and heating were turned on for a day before we could barely stay there. The outdoor hot spring was not decorated and we couldn't soak in it. We booked a room after seeing the bathtub. When we came, the housekeeper said that we could only choose between bathtub and shower. Is this a service at this price? It takes twenty minutes to boil the water to get hot, and the water is so small that it can't be filled in even two hours. You have to wait an hour for the bathtub to fill up before you can take a shower. Are you sick after spending money in this winter? The butler's attitude is the worst. He will help the guests make decisions. When he comes, he asks, "Why don't you take a bath?" "Why don't you watch TV?" It's really the worst experience. I really don't recommend it at this price.

整體還不錯，適合兩家人一起來。可能太久沒人住了，硬件設備需要經常檢查一下。早飯是阿姨現煮的，餛飩特別好吃。希望酒店越開越好！

房間乾淨整潔；服務也非常周到妥帖，設施上可以再改進，比如冷熱水開關的標識可以清楚一些；衞生棉簽準備一些

在古鎮裏這樣的住宿就算很好了，位置優越，新街老街都方便，屋裡樓梯略窄，有點不方便上下，燈光比較昏暗，可以理解，古鎮保持了原始風貌，屋裡設施很齊全，全是古鎮裏比較好的民宿了
