Great hotel at a great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Staffs were very polite and helpful. Breakfast selection was good.

Actually far from the city, and the traffic in suzhou is so bad, will take you a long time to move around.

A little further away from the hills than expected but that is not the fault of the hotel! 😊 They sked for more forms and paperwork than other hotels I've been to which is a bit annoying but the hotel is neat, new and staff friendly. I did appreciate a late check-out without any problems 🙏🏼😊 The breakfast was very good but nothing surprising or special.

Amazing stay at this hotel! The room was super nice and clean, and I was incredibly impressed with it as it was only around $64 a night. The hotel staff are very helpful.
The location is a little far from the main tourist sites, like Gusu. A taxi ride there is around 30 minutes on average. There is a mall right next to the hotel, so any essentials can be bought there.
Great stay overall.

The hotel is near the subway and shopping malls, which is very convenient and cost-effective! When checking in, Susan at the front desk was very professional and made me feel very good! I also went to the executive lounge for a cup of coffee, and Angela in the lounge provided great service! The ladies working at KWG Courtyard are all beautiful and have good service! 😁 I will come again next time!

I brought my parents to Suzhou for a trip. Although the weather in Suzhou was not good, the hotel service was very good.
