1、我們到店的時候，店裡負責人因為通宵喝酒而忘記了我們的預訂。後來還搞錯我們的預訂天數，我們訂的是兩天，他搞錯了，以為是1天，導致我們第二天再換房間，這位小哥説因為前一天喝酒到凌晨4點，所以有點糊塗了。
2、房門不能反鎖，是壞的，第二天換的房間也是壞的，都沒辦法反鎖。
3、我們出去玩好回來，晚上9點左右，不算晚吧，但店裡所有燈都關了，大門、公共區域休息廳、樓道，燈都關了，黑燈瞎火，我們真的是驚呆了。自己打開手電筒上樓！第二天問店裡小哥，他説因為入住的人少就早早關燈節約電，説一個月電費很貴。
3、晚上洗澡熱水洗到一半就沒了，全是冷水，問小哥，他説要等半小時，熱水放完了…結果我們等了一個多小時，也沒熱水。
4、我們訂的是包含早餐的，但第二天早上我們下樓問店裡小哥，早餐在哪裡吃，小哥説因為入住人少就沒做早餐，然後睡意朦朧的去廚房很隨便的給我們燒了一碗小餛飩。我們兩個人拿了兩個小板凳坐在大堂的茶几上吃的。
後來一天入住人稍微多了點，我們才發現，原來晚上店裡是有燈的，原來早餐是有阿姨提前做好的：玉米、肉包、牛奶、水果。原來吃早餐是有一間小餐廳的，而我們入住的時候就因為入住人少，所以待遇是不一樣的。我還要感謝那些後來入住的客人了！
原本看評論都説不錯我才選這家的，結果體驗很不好。希望店裡負責人能改進吧，不要因為入住人少懈怠了工作，對客人差別對待。

還有個小院子

床睡得很舒服

衞生間超大 洗澡也很舒服
老闆小哥哥人特別好 服務很周到 主動給升級了房間 還陪小朋友互動了很多 早餐也很好吃 份量管夠

帶着狗狗來度假，沒想到意外得好~
地理位置不錯，走五分鐘可以到太湖邊，觀賞絕佳日落，或者，去路口的驛站，租一輛自行車，環太湖騎一下!
寵物友好，有個安靜漂亮的小院子，狗狗很喜歡，店裡的所有人對狗狗很熱情，也都喜歡毛孩子當然，咱們養狗狗的也牽好繩子，記得清理💩~
