蘇州洲際酒店地理位置很好 緊靠金雞湖 可以看到東方之門夜景 旁邊是誠品書店 ，絕佳觀景酒店，可以散步，房間內的佈局細節處見精緻。服務人員態度熱情，特別是前台miya 服務很好 熱情 給人賓至如歸的感覺 很喜歡這裏 下次來蘇州還選這家

這次入住蘇州洲際酒店非常滿意，服務沒得説，工作人員非常熱情周到。預訂的高級房，晚上城市的夜景很不錯，酒店的地理位置也很好，步行就可以到誠品書店，離湖邊也很近，在湖邊散散步吹吹風非常愜意。不得不説辦入住的前台lydia非常熱情專業，很耐心的解答我們的問題，安排的房間也非常滿意。酒店的整體環境是很不錯的，衞生做的也到位，乾淨舒適不愧是老牌五星，必須手動點贊！
