酒店位置位於蘇州市中心金雞湖畔，環境優美。酒店設施齊全值得推薦。

洲際酒店是我最近的一次住宿中的亮點。首先，酒店位置非常便利，樓下就是金雞湖，靠近誠品書店和圓融天幕步行就能到達，酒店外面正在建造摩天輪雖然還在施工但是相信工程結束後周邊景色會更好。其次，洲際酒店的設施和服務非常出色，房間也寬敞舒適，設施齊全，浴室也非常乾淨。此外，酒店的工作人員非常友好和專業，有問必答。賓客關係團隊的Cindy提前就給我打了電話，知道我有開車後幫我錄入了車牌還詢問了我的需求，給我媳婦和我準備了小禮物佈置了房間，讓我感覺非常親切。我們對此次的入住非常滿意，下次還會選擇蘇州洲際酒店，希望酒店能夠延續這樣高質量的標準為更多客人提供更好的服務。

酒店整體裝修豪華上檔次，工作人員服務專業且用心，還沒到酒店，工作人員circle就主動加我微信瞭解我的需求，還幫忙指導五一期間在蘇州的旅遊路線安排，是一次很棒的體驗。酒店早餐豐富，五一期間對面的市政也沒有施工，沒有發生噪音問題。酒店停車也方便，外賣也方便，有機器人送到房間。窗外就是金雞湖景觀，很棒。步行就可以遊覽金雞湖，很方便。下次來蘇州，首選還是這裏啦！
