這是一次體驗很差的住宿，開始自己的錯定之前忘了查看住宿和遊玩的距離，幾十公里想退掉，老闆要收50%的違約金，兩晚我想一晚去睡第二晚幫代賣，直到已經到達同裏住宿，攜程説老闆那裡沒賣掉，想想也理解，那就算了，本來下午5點到的我們提前下午3點到的，老闆説要等到5點進不然要買票進去，我們就等到5點多找到旅館，空無一人等了半個多小時才到店，房間衞生很差，洗臉盆漏水還很臭，電視不能看，無線網連不上，問老闆也不回訊息，第二天下午居然告訴我要我搬出去，他們賣掉了家庭房，真是活久見，後來我手機也不知為什麼後面正好沒網絡，店老闆一直打我沒打通，才能安安心心的住下去，下次肯定不會去了。

🙋[對於房東，我想説]房東很好，引導清晰明確。
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]房子超大，兩層小樓都是，床也超大。
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]房子就在景區裏面，旁邊就是停車場，真的很方便。
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]床超大，都是標配中央空調帶除濕功能，對於北方人很友好。

在同裏的位置不在商業區域 晚上很安靜 可以體驗到當地真實的居住生活，白天去古鎮商圈也很方便，走一條街就到！老闆及時處理問題非常好

導航到同裏古鎮邊門，直接進去的並不是很遠，但他不在景區的中心，需要步行穿過15分鐘左右的路線，不知是因為下雨的原因，還是水鄉的原因，總之被潮潮的，蚊子也很多。舊房子改造的一看就非常有味道，明天是五一黃金週的第一天，可能來的比較早，入住的人不是很多，在半夜的時候大家都來了，房間全部住滿。第二天退房的時候，老闆不在吧枱，衹是簡單的把鑰匙放下了，我們便走了
