The room was clean and the hotel environment and location were excellent. Very close to the center of Suzhou, walking to the central square every night. The room is very cost-effective and they upgraded our room for free. Give children breakfast coupons, the waiters are enthusiastic and professional. It felt like home, and the waiter satisfied all my daughter's requests. If she wanted to take a bath, she was given a disposable bath bag. By the way, the fruits were also given. It was a very satisfying travel experience for our whole family. Suzhou is not only picturesque but also the people in Suzhou are warm and hospitable. Thumbs up! I heard from the taxi driver that the owner of the Renaissance Hotel is a successful entrepreneur, very caring and socially responsible. It’s really better to hear once than once see. During the May Day holiday, I came to Suzhou for a two-day tour. I came here to stay at the Renaissance Suzhou Hotel, which is known as the Huangpu Military Academy. Although it has been open for a long time and the facilities are a bit old, fortunately, it is well maintained in all aspects. The location is very good. It is not far from the scenic spots. You can walk to the center of Suzhou and take a taxi to Jinji Lake in 15 minutes. The precious comfort is very high and quiet in the downtown area. On the day of check-in, the concierge helped to take the luggage as soon as I entered the door. The lobby staff also provided welcome tea. The service was really good. Miss Clara at the front desk called us in advance and arranged a large room. It was very spacious for three people to live in, especially the double bed was 1.4 * 2m, and there was no feeling of crowding when sleeping. Fresh fruits were prepared in the room when I came back from the night tour. It was full of details and praised the hotel's service! I will recommend it to my family and friends to stay💗
