這是我住過最差的酒店，竟然沒有空調，入住的第一天就向前台告知沒有空調，員工回覆説是沒有空調的，過後就送來了一台風扇，就這樣渡過了悶熱的3個夜晚，這樣的酒店能入住嗎？

Be extra careful when placing a room booking, some rooms has no window and air-conditioning is not working. I have requested for a room upgrade (with window) during my stay (additional cost on top of the booking fee) and yet the room is still warm due to bad air ventilation.
