前台隨意改房型，我定的是雙床房給我單間，服務不到位。

毫無隔音可言，就是用板子隔出來的房間
晚上被吵的睡不着跟前台説讓去提醒一下，結果前台就是嫁假裝安排人去，上樓的樓梯就在我門口，根本沒人上去提醒，還非得説他們去人了
花了300多一晚，住的酒店簡直不如個農村出租屋
最後沒辦法提前退訂零時換酒店，導致高價定了其他酒店
得不償失

房間窄小逼人，樓層低矮壓抑，除了一張床基本就是衹有給人轉個身的空間，房間隔音不好，隔壁打呼嚕都聽得到，隔壁衞生間一沖水這邊水龍頭就滴水，早餐餐廳空間狹小，菜品種類少選擇少量少，總之一言難盡，性價比極低，除了離地鐵站近以外別無優點

地理位置超棒！
位於石路地鐵站10號門正對面，一出來就是了，很好找（跟如家一起的）。一樓有24小時的美宜佳，旁邊的石路步行街很多好吃的，天虹商場在斜對面。去山塘街、留園、西園寺和藝圃，我都是走路過去的，距離都不遠，很方便！
房間雖不大，但乾淨整潔，用品都很好，住得很舒服，特別是洗澡水，又熱水又大，洗得超級舒服！
以後來蘇州還會再住這裏，性價比高！
