非常滿意的一次住宿體驗，空間寬敞，佈局合理，坐在陽台上遠眺金雞湖，是安靜美好的感覺，早餐也很豐富，紅湯麪是真心地好吃。要重點表揚前台Cendy小姐的熱心服務，幫我協調解決了充電寶壞了退費事宜，讓我深感酒店的服務是十足的五星服務，下次要繼續入住文博諾富特酒店哦

之前寫過好評，這裏集中談一個嚴重破壞住宿體驗的問題：
廁位的玻璃門非常礙事，大部分客人不希望開開關關廁位玻璃門，高度近視眼人羣為了夜起小便（睡眠中不戴眼鏡，看不清玻璃門）也保持廁位玻璃門一直敞開，偏偏它打開了就妨礙進出衞生間，而且這些玻璃對於身材高大的人來説都是如廁時不愉快的約束。
很多高端酒店的廁位是完全敞開，沒有門的，比如不遠處的蘇州中茵皇冠假日，南京的東郊國賓館，上海寶格麗……
廁位要這個門幹什麼呢？很多客人是一個人入住，完全可以敞開如廁；而且這衞生間已經有一道半透明的移門，即使有別人在房間，也夠禮貌了，要一道又一道的門幹什麼？
看我的照片就明白重複感、壓迫感。許許多多高端酒店的廁位都是敞開式的。
我研究了一下，強烈建議你們把廁位的玻璃門連同約20釐米寬的長條狀固定玻璃板完全拆掉，這樣馬桶處在淋浴間玻璃和牆壁之間，依然是一個獨立規整的空間，還是不如中茵皇冠假日的廁位開放，哈哈！
在蘇州文博諾富特如廁很鬱悶！從卧區進出衞生間很艱難！
