Such a friendly hotel and much better value for money than some of the big names. Room was really big and very clean, bathroom a little old but spotless. As a family of four this was a good choice for us. The staff were lovely, they honestly put some of the 5* to shame, they were really helpful with everything. Breakfast is fine if you are happy with Chinese food, lots of choice for this (there were some western options) and happy to share a table. Beds were a little on the hard side for anyone not from China but fine. Overall we had a great stay and at a very reasonable price. There is a big free car park too which really helps if you are driving. There is also a metro station a very short walk away. There was a bowl of fruit and a lot of bottled water and ample toiletries. Would definitely stay again, a good wallet-friendly option.

The hotel location is excellent which is near to the MTR train station, and neaby the lake walk is great. The hotel staffs service are excellent, helpful and kind. The room facilities are good. Will recommend friend to stay in this hotel.

Great hotel

We booked Xiangxuehai Hotel when we visited Suzhou. When we arrived at the hotel, they not only upgraded our room but also provided us with breakfast. The room was very clean. The hotel is also very close to Guanqian Street. We forgot some clothes at the hotel, and the hotel sent them back to us free of charge. Thank you very much. We will choose this hotel again next time we come to Suzhou.

Facilities: Complete and perfect Hygiene: Clean and tidy Environment: Great, rich breakfast, Service: Warm and thoughtful, giving people a feeling of home. Four-star and five-star standards, two-day breakfast is given for two days of stay, Special treatment is that warm milk is delivered to the room at night. Thumbs up 👍, every waiter is very enthusiastic, recommended, and will stay next time.

The room is well decorated and the location is good. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. There is also a subway station near the hotel, but you need to walk a little further. The price is quite cost-effective.

There is a reason for the 4.9 score. First of all, they will confirm the arrival time with you in advance. I was going to eat noodles outside and didn't order breakfast, but the hotel gave me breakfast, which was pretty good. I also upgraded the room type because I had children. The room is very large and is a parent-child room. The service is pretty good in all aspects!
