酒店很大，分好幾棟樓，我入住的是老樓。設備還是有點陳舊。不過服務還不錯，早餐也很OK早餐的麪條確實很好，住這裏一定要嚐嚐

很不錯，一直下雨，就窩酒店遛娃，長者釣釣魚，小朋友遊游泳，色色一一。前台小姐姐態度也很好👍送了小童樂園票。電車充電也方便。

雖然來的時候天氣不美，但是喜柯真的很美。
首先，環境好，空氣清新，酒店乾淨衞生。設施周全，非常適合親子游。小童俱樂部和游泳館強烈好評！
其次，服務好。不管是餐廳、大堂、游泳館還是小童活動區域，所有服務人員都親切有禮。此處特別感謝工作人員小孫，全程主動幫助我們，提供了賓至如歸的服務。
最後就是食物方面，中餐廳的菜品很不錯，食材新鮮可口。自助式早餐品類多，應有盡有。
下次應該還會來，希望能繼續保持。

房間非常滿意 兩面落地窗 風景視野非常好
唯一不好的 就是陽台上的大蜘蛛網🕸️和大鳥屎。
其實酒店的位置就在陽澄湖邊上 位置優越；酒店的裝修也大氣，就是細節上的這些蜘蛛網很丟分，晚上打開燈 射燈下也吊著蜘蛛網 給人的感覺不僅是臟，會讓人覺得酒店人氣不高 很久沒人住。
另外一個就是，酒店很大，有些樓和早餐不在同一樓，客人非常容易迷路，其實穿一下就到了，但不熟悉的人要圍着樓繞很大一圈，如果能多豎幾塊指示牌就好了，而且酒店工作人員不多，連問路的人都沒有。
還會一個吐槽的就是，酒店的小童樂園竟然是收費的，雖然入住的客人有券，但衹能用一次，第二天就不能用了，48的收費，滑梯啥的又沒有打掃乾淨，有很多小蟲和小蟲屍體。
總體來説，酒店還行，細節又不太行。

酒店環境在美人腿很美，我們在老樓，房間很大，很滿意。
室內遊樂場有個好高的斜坡，下面沒有一個海洋球，這個是有安全隱患的。我們第一天去提了意見，第二天還是老樣子。
餐廳像是外包的，需要服務的時候那麼多服務員，沒有事情做，但都假裝沒看到。味道也不怎麼好。

作為親子酒店，這裏的設施和服務真的非常到位。房間寬敞明亮，佈置得温馨舒適，非常適合家庭入住。床鋪柔軟舒適，衞生間乾淨整潔，每個細節都體現了酒店的用心和品質。此外，酒店的小童樂園也是一大亮點，室內外設施都很齊全，讓孩子們可以在這裏盡情玩耍，釋放天性。我們在這裏還遇到了好幾個台灣寶寶和日本寶寶，他們也都玩得非常開心。游泳騎行還能露營！
在入住期間，酒店的其他員工也都非常友好和熱情。他們總是面帶微笑地為我們提供幫助和服務，讓我們感受到了家的温暖和舒適。無論是早餐還是晚餐，酒店的餐廳都提供了豐富多樣的菜品選擇，口味地道美味，讓我們在旅途中也能品嚐到美食的樂趣。
