5號辦理入住時是凌晨12點，前台已經進裏面睡覺了，當時態度一般般，進入房間之後他們酒店部分衞生間沒有乾濕分離，洗澡衹能站在浴缸裏面，浴缸也不是很乾凈，準備睡覺的時候發現床單上面有幾根頭髮，放應到前台 她們前台説都是一客一更換的，你是要更換房間還是退房隨便你，語氣很不好，當時凌晨了我就選擇了換房，剛出門前台打電話來説等一下讓人到房間來確認一下是否真的有頭髮！我想説前台你的態度決定你們酒店的品質，你們酒店我給差評
