房間位置極佳就在車站北廣場附近，離車站步行10分鐘就到，房間有點侷促，設施中規中矩，洗澡水還好，早餐有點簡單不過20元的標準也不能要求太高，感覺前台小夥的態度有點冷淡，問能否使用微波爐要問兩遍還搞不清。總之性價比一般除非對靠近車站要求高的。

換成趕車因為離蘇州站近訂了這個酒店，結果大跌眼鏡
衞生：床上有毛髮，枕頭上如圖一、圖二有污漬，我衹能穿着衣服躺了一會；衞生和洗漱置物架也都是毛髮如圖三、圖四圖五；看着這樣的環境我馬桶都不敢用要了一次性馬桶墊，前台確實也讓保安給我送了兩個，結果尺寸不合適，一套扯破了第二個我也衹能如圖九這樣將就用了。結果我洗了個澡出來胳膊上癢的起了疙瘩如圖八因為房間燈光昏暗沒拍清楚，我就去
衞生看不看不知道一看嚇一跳，牆上地漏上都是圖七這樣的蟲子😓😓
設施：設施都比較老舊廉價，電梯慢的可怕，空調開了沒反應，不過車站這樣的酒店賣這麼高價格也可以理解
服務：入住告服務員不要邊間房告我是中間的，確實是中間正對過道，過道里連人走路的聲音都可以聽得清清楚楚
總之，最差的一次入住體驗，我不喜歡做點評除非是別人要求，這次是真的覺得入住體驗太差了，大家一定不要因為離得車站近就盲目選擇，慎選避雷！

這次我和我的妻子，對華東五市進行了旅遊從住宿方面來看《遠杭甄選》也叫《奧盛未來酒店》也叫是非常好的旅店，這個旅店好在:
一.房間特別乾淨，風格也很簡潔讓人很舒服，出行特別方便,點外賣也很方便，房間視野非常開闊，下雨天坐在窗邊真的是一種享受，房間打掃的十分乾淨。
二.設施配備的非常齊全:有電冰箱，有洗衣機，有電池爐，有電茶壺。還有高檔的洗浴間。
三.旅店接人待客非常熱情，進店以後劉店長，非常熱情，幫助我們調電視。和我們加微信，我們外地來的人員，對到旅遊景點乘什麼車，通過微信一問，就一清二楚了。
下次來杭州，我們還要住這個酒店！
