服務枱工作人員態度蠻好，能很好處理手頭業務。房間衞生環境一般，若能注意細節，即使是老舊的裝潢設施也可以增加客户的舒服度，比如床頭板、牀頭櫃抽屜的擦拭整理，如果再有機會入住，希望會有更好的感受。

熱水很小，水龍頭水垢很多，感覺像很久沒清理過。住過其他城市的格林，感覺完全不一樣。就感覺他不值得我花這個錢。格林還是比較大的品牌，但是這家就很一般。可以住，但是沒必要。

環境：先説説優點，酒店離景區留園很近1.2公里左右，酒店附近用餐方便。
設施：衞生間便器蓋已壞401室，無人提出確認和修理。
服務：前台服務員對客人提出的正當需求無視，找理由拒絕，沒有為客人所急！而且對業務也不熟悉，用忽悠客人的言語推卸責任。她們認為，我酒店佔地優勢不怕沒有客人來住的思維。是我居住格林為第一選項認來最感受不舒服的一次！希望格林豪泰酒店上層對員工加強教育指導！
