It was a nice enough hotel and the location is very good. However, the phone in the room did not work so we had to go downstairs to communicate with the staff.

We were in town for an international school sports activity.The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is connected to a small shopping mall, very convenient to have a meal and light grocery shopping. Also very close to the Jinli Lake greenway path for a beautiful morning run before having a fulfilling breakfast including a freshly made local style wonton or noodle soup (along with many other options).

It was a very amazing stay the hotel was clean and plenty space definitely my go to now in Suzhou

I give you a thumbs up. The hotel is nice and convenient. There is KFC downstairs. The fried chicken is delicious. There is also Subway and a little milk tea. If there is a Bobo Chicken next to it, it will further reflect the advantages of business trips in the core area. I will book this restaurant next time I come to Suzhou.

The hotel I booked for a trip has an artistic lobby with many books for free reading. The service provided by the front desk guys and girls is superb. The room I booked was upgraded. The hotel's housekeepers are also very polite. It is very close to Jinji Lake. There is a neighborhood center next to it for convenient dining. There are also many business districts around. After checking in, I feel that I did not choose the wrong hotel. I will book this hotel again when I come to Suzhou next time.

The room is very clean. The lady at the front desk upgraded the room for free. The front desk can also store luggage. It is also convenient to eat and stay in the surrounding area. Overall, it is very good.

The service provided by the front desk lady is very good. She answered all my questions and even gave me a snack gift pack!

The location is perfect, very close to Jinji Lake, there is a KFC, a milk tea shop, a supermarket, and many breakfast shops nearby. I went there on May Day, there were a lot of people, and the fountain of Jinji Lake was absolutely OK.

The five-star rating is for the service. The front desk answered the phone very quickly, check-in, check-out, and billing were all smooth, and the cleaning lady would greet me when I met her in the corridor. Overall, it was good. The room has screens and the TV can be projected. The breakfast selection is not much but the taste is acceptable. The room hygiene management can be better, and the sound insulation is average. I hope it will continue to improve.
