經常出門，第一次覺得要吐槽的酒店。酒店位置導航定位不準，酒店結構逼仄，拐來拐去，設施老舊，房型奇怪，衞生也差，洗澡沒有拖鞋，長者差點摔倒，硬件差也就算了，前台接待一男的，態度還很不好，溝通不暢，房間離前台遠，電話形同虛設，打前台無人接聽，還要吭哧吭哧跑到前台尋求幫助，結果前台男管態度冰冷，一幅你愛住不住的樣子。總之把長者家氣得夠嗆，對蘇州的印象因為這個酒店掃興了。
