房間的床墊還是挺舒服的，不硬不軟的，衞生也不錯，古宅很有味道，進去有驚艷到，夜晚很安靜，這樣的房子，滿足了在看一生一世這部劇時看到周生辰的老宅，就很想一住的想法。

一次非常糟糕的入住經歷，我在同裏碰到了“提燈定損”！在我退房後幾個小時，商家發過來了張照片，告訴我衞生間放花灑的託架壞了。我明確告訴這個東西我入住的時候已經壞了，就因為它壞了長者晚上沒有洗澡，而小孩子是我給她洗的。我本來想着200一晚的酒店不能要求太高，有點瑕疵很正常，沒想到成了商家污衊我的理由。首先，我再一次強調，當著孩子的麪我絕對不可能也沒必要為這種東西撒謊。其次，我想和商家説一下，開門做生意，格局打開，這種便宜的五金件就算是有損耗也是非常正常的，年久失修是不是應該先定期去檢查一下自己的設施？再者，在我們入住的這十幾個小時，這破玩意一直是裂開的狀態，沒有掉下來，我們出門在外帶着長者孩子，肯定多一事不如少一事，對房間也不會吹毛求疵。我因為覺得是安全隱患所以沒有讓長者洗澡，但為什麼它在我離店的幾個小時後就掉下來了呢？這不由讓我細思極恐，既然貴店阿姨每次打掃衞生都會清潔和檢查，那為什麼我入住後翻開馬桶蓋發現裏面上一個客人的尿還沒沖掉，不僅如此，房間也是一股尿騷味。同裏風景挺好，衹是客棧的攀污着實令人氣憤，讓此次蘇州行有了一個不完美的結局，而這僅僅是一個幾塊錢的五金件，它很便宜，真的沒必要好嗎？我沒有習慣入住前把酒店的設施全部檢查一遍，相信大部分人都不會這樣，就算髮現問題也是自己克服一下，但是我雖寬容但不軟弱，也你請尊重你的客户！

房間衞生乾淨，管家服務也很好，位置也很好找，車停在外面，步行進去，沒多遠，客棧在河邊，走兩步就到了三橋，遊覽很方便

第一天住的很好，第二天我們沒退房，包在在房間，也沒有退房，想再住一天，老闆把房間賣別人了，把我移到小房間，其實她並沒有人來住
