服務非常好，管家都認真負責，但是房間裏充斥着很重的黴味，以至於在房間裏鼻炎都犯了，牆面很多地方都是發黴的，枱麪也很多灰塵，洗手間更是陰暗狹小，進房間的時候發現桌子上有耳塞和眼罩，想着店家很貼心，確實貼心，還用牌子提醒你小聲點，因為房間隔音極差，以至於樓上看電視，樓下都聽的清清楚楚。空調也聲音超級大，空調遙控器用的是萬能遙控器，還總是系統錯亂，明明開熱風，自動給你跳成冷風，按半天沒有反應，有可能開了別的房間的空調。因為帶了狗，房子隔音差，又有黴味，也怕狗吵到別的客人，所以連夜退房帶着狗回家了
