因為工作關係經常入住華美達酒店，主要圖離單位近，由於經常入住和前台以及餐飲部很多工作人員都熟悉了，服務一如既往得貼心，週五入住酒店得到免費升級並且提出延後退房也得到很善解人意的同意，作為綜合保税區附近三星級的酒店，這個價格得到這樣的服務，物超所值！

房間寬敞，乾淨，配置齊全。但因設施較老，衞生間空氣不流通下水道有點異味。
位置稍偏，適合自駕。蘇州不堵車，開車去景區都挺快的。
健身房器材挺全，還有乒乓球和桌球，去的有點晚，使用的人很少。總體好評，會再選擇入住。
