I recently stayed at the hotel and overall, my experience was quite good. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth all thanks to Amy. Nonetheless, I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the area.

It is in Suzhou new area, opposite to an Aeon mall, the hotel is clean and the beds are really confortable. I couldn't try the breakfast

游泳池在维修中，星期六到星期天不可以用。 Pool was closed both Saturday and Sunday, which is not acceptable when you mainly book the hotel because of the pool.

Great hotel

I came here with my friends. You can see this hotel as soon as you exit the high-speed railway station. The appearance is quite grand. When you enter the lobby, you can see the eye-catching logo, which is really nice. Manager Xu who checked me in had a soft voice, which was very comfortable to listen to. Knowing that I have trouble sleeping, he thoughtfully prepared a quiet room for me. It was raining outside, and I was happy to listen to music and watch the rain in the room.

It was raining heavily so we didn't go out. The kids insisted to stay in a hotel with a swimming pool for one night, so we chose one that was not far from home. The results were a bit surprising. 1) Check-in only required one person's ID card, and there was no facial recognition. The kids' information was not asked (very unsafe). 2) The room decoration was a bit old-fashioned, with few plugs. Two people were charging their phones, and there was no place to plug in the power bank. We had to plug in a power bank in the bathroom. 3) The hotel didn't have robots or waiters. We had to pick up takeout outside the hotel lobby. 4) We arrived at the swimming pool at 10:30 am, and there was no lifeguard until about 11:00. He appeared and disappeared again. The narrow swimming pool was blocked by about one-third of the students who were learning to swim. There might be too many students taking classes. One child was taking classes outside, and there was no swimming lane for learning to swim. The most popular place was the sofa, and the children were fighting to sleep on it.

The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, the lobby is grand and the service is good. Manager Xu at the front desk is attentive and hospitable. The auntie will also say hello when she sees you. Overall, it makes people feel very comfortable. I will stay here again next time I come.

Children and adults will feel itchy after playing games on it for a while. Children's eyes are red and swollen, and their noses are pimpled.
