先説總結，對這家酒店極其不滿意，非常無語。經常出差也住過很多次酒店，按理説亞朵也算是還不錯的酒店，但是在蘇州這次體驗非常非常非常差！
1.辦理入住的時候明明説了換到安靜的房間，結果給我安排電梯口的，而且挨着餐廳，晚上入睡一直卡茲卡茲的有行李箱和工具車的聲音！必須帶耳塞才能入睡！
2.房間格局非常非常非常差！鏡子直接對着床！！真的很恐怖好吧！價格不算便宜的房間居然面積很小感覺行李箱都放不下！
3.最無語的來了，床上有不明毛髮！根本沒有收拾過衞生！打電話給前台還不承認。最後自己去看了衞生環境才給換的房間。
很喜歡蘇州，也很喜歡金雞湖，但是這家酒店太差勁太敗壞外地人對蘇州的看法！而且還是在新區這麼核心地段！非常不適！！
不知道這麼些好評怎麼來的，可能其他客人太過於寬容，不想計較吧！但還是覺得必須發出來非常有必要給大家避雷！一定不要來這家酒店！同等價位選擇其他的吧，我們在第二天和同事換了蘭博，體驗感飛昇！後悔在亞朵這裏浪費錢👎👎👎👎👎

桃汁、惜辰服務很熱情周到，一進店第一時間倒茶問好，竹居里書很全，24小時開放隨時都可以去看。晚上深夜粥到菜品豐盛，房間打掃的很乾凈，工作人員都很熱情遇到都會打招呼，退房還很貼心的給水。

本來想帶長者一起出行，目前酒店的房型已取消了三人房，即取消了高級家庭房，所以覺得很遺憾，長者另開一間房也不放心，故取消了長者一起出行。希望酒店向高層反映，恢復三人房的房型。
