My 2nd stay at Atour Jingjinhu area, 5mins walk to line 1 xinghujie and eateries. Walking distance to Harmony. Room big and clean. Quiet night stay.

Great hotel to stay - clean comfort and friendly (location & staff)

This was my second stay. Another great night, comfy bed and central location. Good hotel for a quick overnight trip to Suzhou. Friendly and fast checkin!

Fantastic stay with my friend. Front desk help ,great. Rooms , library area, dinning are just amazing. Breakfast so delicious, also cater for western people.. I got to wash my clothes too, laundry room so clean and convenient. 😊😊 Staff is also welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. 🎊🎊

On the whole, Atour still has a certain standard. The service is quite attentive. There is laundry detergent, a laundry bag, and a hanging filter coffee in the room, as well as a paper cup for easy drinking. There is a flower on every table in the restaurant. The front desk will also warmly hand you a bottle of warm mineral water when you check out. Comfortable.

I booked a high-end audio-visual room with a powerful projector. I enjoyed watching iQiyi, and the rest had to be projected through LeBo. It's just that the room feels dusty and you can see a lot of it under the light.

It shattered my three views on Atour, and I really experienced the difference between the seller show and the buyer show. During the Spring Festival, I went to Suzhou with my family for a trip. The original room price of 400 yuan rose to 774 yuan per night. This is understandable. After all, price increases during the holidays are an important time for hotels to make money. We opened two rooms, one for our family and one for relatives. Let me first talk about my room experience. The bed is large and the overall area is spacious. The washbasin is near the door, separated from the toilet and shower room, which is convenient for the morning wash period. The free mini bar drinks include a bottle of Coke, a bottle of black tea, a bottle of green tea, Atour biscuits (the biscuits are dated June 2023, and I didn’t dare to give them to the children) and 4 bottles of free minerals. It is understandable that drinks are given for a room price of nearly 800 yuan, which is expected. But the multiple unknown stains and cigarette holes on the sofa that I saw next really broke the impression of Atour’s cleanliness and hygiene. The visual impact of the unknown body fluid stains on the cheap gray sofa is very eye-catching, and the sofa lining under the cigarette hole highlights the cheapness of the sofa. The water temperature and drainage in the shower room are OK, which is convenient for bathing children, but the scale and rust on the shower rack are not what a 4-star hotel should be. I thought I could sleep well at night, but I couldn't sleep all night. The air conditioning effect was excellent, soaring to 29 degrees. The room was like a big steamer, which woke me and my child up directly. Adjusting the air conditioning to 18 degrees and cold wind didn't help. In the end, I had no choice but to open the window for ventilation, but the mixed smell of oil smoke and car noise from the restaurant downstairs made me want to sleep all night, so I fanned the child in single clothes and stayed awake all night. The wontons for breakfast were half-cooked and hard in the middle and I couldn't eat them. In the end, I couldn't eat a few slices of toast. The porridge was really a realistic version of porridge. I didn't see a few grains of rice when I scooped it out. I tolerated all these. After all, it was the New Year, and the staff were also very hard. I didn't want to complain and give a bad review. !!! The fuse that really made me want to write a bad review was that my relative received a call from Atour on the way to the car, saying that he had broken the tea set in the room and asked for compensation! ! ! Let's not talk about him never drinking tea. As a university teacher, he has such qualities. Why would he frame someone for something he didn't touch? Article 64 of the Civil Procedure Law states that the parties have the responsibility to provide evidence for their claims. I don't want to waste my breath on the hotel's unfounded accusations. If you can provide fingerprints and other evidence to prove that the party has touched the tea set, you can pay as much as you want. However, there is no evidence and because the hotel's own room inspection is not strict, the damage to the tea set caused by other guests in the past or other reasons is transferred to the current resident who has not even touched the tea set. This fact is not established and cannot be accepted! ! ! Atour always puts the needs of customers first, and is committed to providing high-quality service experience, so that every customer can feel the warmth and comfort of home! ! I'm sorry, my first stay experience surprised me and shattered all my good feelings about Atour's publicity! ! !
