現在的民宿真的是圖片2000分都現實20分
可能是我窮慣，500多一晚的房，完全不比100的好。性價比極低，整個蘇州民宿都是莫名其妙的亂臟差。
不可否認的是前台服務員非常熱情助人，這也是實話。
衹能説，不值這個價吧

太滿意了，房間很大位置很好，坐在陽台上就可以看着平江路人來人往。但是很安靜，雖然是在景區中心但是很幽靜。前台兩位小姐姐都很熱情，而且衞生很好

小院位置很好，離停車場幾分鐘距離，出門就是平江路，地理位置很優越！而且還免停車費！服務員都客客氣氣，態度很好。早餐內容很豐富，房間也是乾乾淨淨的，小露台看出去就是平江路，雖然離的近，但是不吵！卡卡很高冷，但是脾氣太好了。下次還會入住的！

位置很好在平江路，離公交車站和地鐵都不太遠，民宿還有自己的車隊。管家還給了不少出行建議推薦了附近好吃的店鋪。住了三天很滿意

環境：沒的説，非常雅緻的蘇軾庭院翻修的，建築原有結構做了保留，這次住的説三樓，可以看見主街道的車水馬龍。也很適合慢節奏出遊感受下古街的夜景。
衞生：中規中矩，智能馬桶配了馬桶圈袋子。洗漱用品一應俱全。整體比較新。屋內明亮給人一種很放鬆的感覺。
服務：入住遷出很快不折騰，水果送水也是隨叫隨到，早餐是九宮格點心+一碗黑米粥非常滋補。
總的來説如果喜歡出行方便且景點集中在古街附近，這裏非常值得。

姑蘇小院是蘇州文旅集團旗下的民宿品牌，這家東花裏位置很好，院門前過一座小橋就是平江路，到拙政園，蘇博本館，獅子林，耦園步行都在20分鐘以內，到相門地鐵站也很近。房間衞生不錯，床品和毛巾乾淨無異味，服務也很到位及時。坐在露台上喝茶休息，近可看平江路，遠可眺東方之門，院子裏有衹肥貓，一點都不怕人！
