硬件設施和五星酒店一樣，環境也很好，很安靜。房間隔音稍微差一點。但是服務水平有點跟不上。服務員很熱情，但是不專業。食堂的服務員着急忙慌的，給人感覺有點臟。如果服務員能提升一下，培訓一下就完美了。

西山選了很久決定的文杏裏，蘇州特有的古色古香的白牆青瓦園林風情，小橋流水錦鯉游來游去，讓人有一種慢下來的節奏。選了小茅屋 中式和現代三種房型，各有千秋。相比較住宿，覺得最正確的還是晚飯也選擇在酒店，提前定的菜單口味非常好。

園林景觀一級棒，出片率很高，店裡還可以借漢服，陽光好的話外面打打牌拍拍照喂喂魚蠻舒服的👍
房間不算大，雙人房床偏小，採光不錯，杯子竟然是一次性的，玻璃杯和小冰箱都沒有😞早餐不行，牛奶都不熱，品種太簡單也不太好吃，雖然是自助，我感覺還不如定食一碗麪👎
服務是好的，管家服務，響應很及時👍
不過房間隔音一般，隔壁關門聲都聽得很清楚…👎

環境：蘇州的特色，古色古香，小橋流水，別有一番情趣……酒店的位置屬於隱藏版，要開過一小片農田，才能抵達。有一定的私密性，如果喜歡明亮寬敞的環境大堂的，類似喜歡五星級酒店那種風格的，不適合這裏。這裏的風格有點像古代的大户人家。
設施：除了房間內，酒店還有一棟別墅大廳可以按摩拉，打電動啦，泳池啦，我們去的時候客人不多，但空調還是開着，酒店對住店旅客還是比較注重用户體驗的。
衞生：我們的房型還是可以的，衞生上也ok，廁所裏有暖棒，洗好的衣服放上面可以烘乾，但是不能放低水的衣服，下面就是馬桶。
早餐：比較簡單，有粥喝，基礎版，跟地理位置和客流量有關係，但這種酒店若是人多就失去了它的優勢。
