第一次過來蘇州玩訂的大床房，前台小姐姐熱情且專業，給我們免費升級了套房，我和先生都非常驚喜和滿意。 房間乾淨衞生，早餐也就基本滿足胃口，點外賣也幫我送上房間了， 距離奧萊和蘇州灣度假區，蘇州灣大劇院、博物館，非常近，出行很方便，推薦大家入住喔！

酒店地段挺好，到吾悦廣場很方便。工作人員很熱情，早上出門清潔阿姨隔挺遠就打招呼。但要説下不滿意的幾個點：1、房間內有蚊子，拍死了三個還有；2、浴室衹有浴巾，居然沒有毛巾；3、最忍受不了的是房間的窗户居然開在最頂上！晚上十一點多進房間拉窗簾根本沒注意，結果凌晨四點多，旁邊垃圾車收垃圾的聲音聽得一清二楚，六點多開始就有人在底下説話，這才發現窗户一晚上都沒有關！這樣的窗户設計是不是應該入住時工作人員提醒下，直到離店不知道怎麼關窗户！希望酒店注意下這個細節吧

臨時出行。看着評價上的早餐和房間。決定入住。check in後。覺得價格還是很划算。房間很大。也很安靜。尤其是早餐。很不錯。品種豐富。味道也很贊。前台小姐姐的服務也很體貼和温馨。臨走時。還送了兒子一袋禮盒。

去蘇州看戲，就在劇院的附近找了這家酒店，地理位置不錯，鬧中取靜的地方。房間也挺寬暢的，衞生間很大也很乾凈。服務是真的不錯，前台小姐姐很温柔，有求必應，還送了我們兩杯果汁🍹。早飯是在二樓的餐廳，品種豐富，口味也不錯👍
