設施：就酒店很新，屬於空中大堂，拍照很出片。
衞生：酒店衞生很不錯，安心入住的那種。
環境：難得能安靜的睡一覺，睡眠沒問題。對面是龍湖天街商場，購物吃飯，很方便。位置處於虎丘新區，還比較核心。去哪都很近。
服務：服務值得一説，不管是前台還是衞生服務人員做的都比大多數酒店好很多。禮貌專業温柔。
整體不錯，很熱情，外賣不用自己下去拿！有機器人送餐，房間也做了升級，服務很用心，工作人員服務也很周到，酒店綜合評分挺不錯。

管家Tina非常細心 消息回覆的也非常快 有問題及時聯繫也可以幫助解決 酒店的地理位置不錯 周圍吃的很多 泳池風景也很不錯 早餐在頂樓吃的 品種也蠻豐富的
環境也很好 是新城區的第一高了 前台wendy和roy也很熱心 週六去的 人非常多 也幫我們儘快安排入住 還送了寶寶一個驅蚊手環 房間裏的飲料品種也很多 就是空調稍稍有點味道 親子的項目少了些 其他都很棒 下次來蘇州還會選擇這家酒店

這次來蘇州度個短假，選擇了古運河英迪格，短短兩天的入住給我們留下了非常好的印象。通過攜程預訂之後，服務主管Tina就主動來電比添加了我的微信，提前給了我們很多提示和幫助，從停車到入住，讓我們少走很多彎路。
酒店在獅山地區，樓下就是熱鬧的龍湖天街，通過超高速電梯來到46層大堂。Wendy和Augus熱情地幫我們辦理了入住，因為是六一，入住客人很多，房間還沒打掃出來，又送我們飲品券讓我們在大堂吧邊喝邊等房間打掃好，這點體現了他們的細心。
房間乾淨，現代化，因為在高樓層，視野無敵了，住得很不錯，早餐也挺好，酒店離天街和淮海街都很近，下次來蘇州會再選英迪格入住。
這次行程唯一的缺點就是小童節，小孩很多，有些家長並不能帶好自己的小孩導致，好多小孩子在大堂裏來回飛奔反覆尖叫，一來不安全，二來也影響旁人的體驗。希望酒店在遇到這種情況能提醒一下。
