本來定的大床房，到的當天晚上前台經理給我們升級了套房，酒店距離金雞湖、蘇州中心都很近，而且房間很大且安靜。

服務很好，酒店乾淨

地方安靜，離金雞湖也不遠

I have stayed at Shuxiang Shijia Hotel in other cities. I have to say that the environment of this hotel is very good. I live on the sixth floor and can see a green forest from the window. My mood has become better! I have to give a thumbs up to the service. Because it is inside the park, the takeaway cannot be delivered inside. The hotel waiter will go to the entrance of the park to pick it up for you and deliver it to the hotel. It is very worthy of recognition ~ Overall very satisfied!

除了設施有點陳舊，其它還不錯。

半夜入住，跟前台要瓶水，回我房間有，無語！
