在山塘街上，要穿過絲綢博物館進入。街上熱鬧，進入賓館倒是很安靜，內部出乎意料寬敞，倒也別有洞天。下水道不通暢，水外溢。山塘街人流量大，會封路，記得聯繫酒店，會告訴你一條後面停車場的密道。

因為去年第一次來住覺得位置在山塘街還不錯，服務也還行，所以這次又陪家人來遊玩再次入住了漫心。價格不便宜呀，又二次入住，可這次的服務真的是掉了好幾個檔次。因為山塘街人流量大，車開不進去所以我們要推着行李走很長一段路到酒店（也因為住過對路線也算熟悉，本來這個酒店就不好找，所以也就沒在微信裏讓她們到酒店門口來接），但是等辦理完酒店入住後（這個服務才是讓我非常打折非常不滿意的地方），又熱又走了那麼久，兩個前台小妹都空閑在哪裡，既不幫你拿行李也不帶你到房間門口，就站在前台告訴你房間號多少，出門怎麼走就行了（誰讓我住過是吧）。房間更不用説這個價格這樣的服務這樣的房間，半夜起來房間地板的聲音那才煩。算了，誰以後還來當冤大頭。
