衞生：整體上還是比較乾淨的，沒有什麼發黴牆體脱落。我自帶了一次性的被套枕套，所以沒有什麼過敏發癢之類的。
服務：阿姨每天會來打掃，我衹叫她倒一下垃圾。
地理位置：我覺得地理位置還行吧，離地鐵比較近走路800m，旁邊還有個靈巖山景區，離木瀆也近。但去平江路、蘇州樂園來回還是有點距離的。
性價比：我覺得性價比高，我是五一期間去的，提前20多天訂的酒店，平江路周邊都太貴了，香雪海也好貴，不是我兩個學生能輕鬆負擔的。在這家賓館兩天500➕，五一期間這個價格還是比較實惠的，而且整體上也算乾淨整潔，衹是沒有電梯，但也就爬兩樓，也不高。

價格太高
設施：太陳舊，浴室太滑，沒任何手拉的地方，不敢洗澡。
衞生：一般般
環境：外出還算方便，上下沒有電梯
服務：一般般
隔音效果不好，房間門與門挨的太近，隔壁敲門總是以為敲我們門，隔壁開關門都聽的清清楚楚，開門就見床，不雅觀。總之住一晚就湊合了。
