很好的入住體驗，酒店環境幽雅舒適，房間非常乾淨整潔，大床軟硬適度，睡着舒服，早餐精緻美味，每天回到酒店有不同的點心，水果，養生燉品，酒店管家小雪美女熱情周到，會提前溝通入住事宜，非常感謝，下次來蘇州還會選擇涵玉曉築

酒店非常美，外面太湖，內部園林維護得非常出色，超一流的水平。房間給我安排了2樓很好，亮一些，設施我挑不出什麼毛病。管家服務是沒有的，高小姐微信聯繫了一下還不如不聯繫，我默認沒管家更好。沒見過招呼都沒打，也沒為我做過任何事情，這裏衹有硬件沒有服務！服務僅限於問好，提下行李。我杭州蘇州玩了十多天了，二十年富春山居管家小秦問我幾點到會迎接我為我安排了遊船導覽抄經送別時送了正價的布袋送我上車，一套流程行雲流水，專業之極，我和朋友非常開心。西湖山莊我打電話到前台説一個人旅遊急性腸胃炎，前台小姑娘馬上反映領導，立馬安排了一個員工陪我去浙江醫院看病，早上8點去12點輸完液一直耐心陪我，我下午就好了。在卓越同行的對比下涵玉曉築的服務水平就像幼兒園。餐更是差到極點，差點沒被刀魚刺卡到。本來完全可以做到中式酒店天花板的，服務餐飲太糟了，早餐全是碳水沒有蛋白質，還反問我怎麼自己不説，你配餐就配這個水平嗎？十間房的有熊暢園都有員工做個簡短的酒店文化特色介紹，這裏什麼都沒有。

正值垂絲海棠桃花玉蘭花期，酒店的園林被花樹點綴，很有看頭。房間衞生很乾凈，是真正用心打掃過的那種。餐廳是套餐制，可以放心嘗試，不會失望。先生入住那天扭了腰，我們得到了很好的照顧，雖然哪兒都沒去，但享受到了白牆黑瓦的太湖春雨和陽光。

酒店環境一流，就在太湖邊上，晚霞時分的太湖和酒店裡的園林美的有些不真實 ，酒店各方面的服務人員態度熱情友好且仔細認真，還沒有入住酒店，高小雪美女就主動聯繫並詳細介紹了酒店的情況，入住後更是非常熱情接待，職業素質極高，酒店衞生工作做的很好，設施齊全，房間的設計合理，早餐品種多樣，滿滿的蘇州味道，入夜隨步靜謐園林，但不寂寞，有微風吹過樹葉沙沙、魚兒戲水撲通、還有自己的呼吸聲，一切靜的剛剛好，酒店不但用來入住，還是觀賞蘇式園林典雅的好地方，是一次很滿意的入住，酒店是適合度假並體驗蘇州慢生活的理想之地。
