酒店很整潔，一次性用具質量也不錯，細節很棒。
大堂還有專門休息的地方，可以方便等車，等候時間長還可以看書。早餐也不錯。
前台小姐姐李女士笑起來很好看，服務周到有耐心，超級貼心，比心❤️。自從出差來這之後，就不用換酒店了。
離觀前街很近，超級棒，步行可達。

房間有點小 連着住了兩晚 第一晚洗澡穿了浴衣 因為頭髮剛染的色 有點掉色在浴衣上 然後用房間接着第二晚 想用浴衣的時候發現還是原來的浴衣 都沒換 就換了洗漱用品 床單什麼的也沒換 衞生間的馬桶墊就第一晚有的（就一個）原房續住第二晚也沒有新的放着 。。多一事不如少一事 也沒和酒店人員説。不過有個前台態度超極好！！早餐麪條很好吃！

升級成了有窗户的户型，很棒，向陽的那邊還有小陽台那個肯定體驗感更棒哈哈。
服務態度很好，有問題也及時解答了，早餐是用早餐券去吃的，記得問前台拿早餐券。還有機器人可以送外賣很方便，地理位置也很好，樓下有便利小賣部，好利來，肯德基等等
下次來蘇州還會再來。因為蘇州因為晨楓❤️

酒店裡銀泰城很近，吃飯很方便，房間乾淨衞生，前台小邱服務很好，相當滿意，房間設施配備完整，性價比相對來説還是挺高的房間價格合理，早餐也是各式各樣的都有品種很多口味不錯客房環境很好總體感覺很舒適，下次有機會入住還會選擇這個酒店
