However it is not possible to drop off right in front of the hotel so travellers should call the hotel beforehand to confirm the nearest drop off point. Otherwise the hotel could inform through its website of the nearest drop off point. The cleanliness couldn’t revive a 5 star rating as my wife got some rashes from the cushions on the hardwood sofa. Strongly advise the hotel staff to clean the cushion covers regularly. Rest of the amenities and cleanliness are top notch. Definitely coming back here again if I’m back to Suzhou, a picturesque cultural rich city of its own.
