I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Thank you!

The hotel is located very conveniently at the Xinghai Square, having access to the subway, being very quick at the several high speed train stations or the freeway. The staff is super friendly and very very helpful in Lamy cases. The hotel itself hat aged and you can see it, nevertheless the staff always do everything to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible.

My initial stay didn’t start off great. The concierge saw me struggling with my luggage and didn’t bother to help (would rather listen to his music on his AirPods). Told the front desk (they could check CCTV to see he just sorta watched me). To make amends they sent up some fruit. The room was a good size and clean. The morning buffet is alright but better to get something outside of the hotel as the variety wasn’t too good. Overall a good stay and I would recommend. One downside for sure was the gym / pool. It’s hard to find and the service was terrible. People on their phones until I asked for their attention (just to check details) and they just kept going “Shenme?” Made no effort to help so bailed. It looked pretty filthy as well.

I brought my kids to Suzhou and stayed at this hotel. The location is very good. Pingjiang Road, Lion Grove, and Humble Administrator's Garden are all very close and can be reached on foot. They called one day in advance to ask if you were driving and informed you of the restrictions on foreign license plates. When I returned to the room at night, they provided a piece of fruit. Excellent as always. The only thing I didn't love was that a staff member rings the bell to offer turn down service every night, even when this has previously been declined. Does anyone actually want or need this? It would be great to be able to opt out of these unnecessary interruptions at check-in.

I really liked to stay at Hampton by Hilton hotel in Suzhou. The facilities, equipment and environment in particular are excellent. The breakfast is included, big choice of food. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of Chinese guests at the hotel. But as a foreigner, I would like to add that it is easy to stay here for foreign guests as well, because the stuff of the hotel try to help with all the issues and it becomes really comfortable to live at the hotel. I would like to thank in particular the administrative person, Melody, for her kind help to me as a guest of the hotel with administrative registration. Also, the room is very clean, the view from the window very beautiful, can see the river and the center of Suzhou, the hotel room is beautiful and comfortable, also here is a comfortable table and chair for working on computer if needed. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to other guests.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Especially Willson Wang, he made a trip himself to find out the best route to get to hotel from metro station. He took a video of the route so I can follow it next time. Hotel breakfast has good variety, fresh and tasty. I definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers or vacation travelers.

Wonderful hotel near to all activities in Suzhou - gardens, museum, crabs, walking streets. Originally booked one night at this hotel but had to book a second on short notice, which was no trouble and very easy. The family running the hotel is incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the local area, providing lots of recommendations. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Will come here again when I find myself back in Suzhou.

- This accommodation is near Pin Jiang Road (5-10 minutes walk) - The only thing is that taxi can’t stop right in front of the hotel but on the street which is about 2 minutes walk. - The staff are amiable and friendly. Very convenient and good location! Near attractions but away from the crowd. It's around 7 minutes walk to Shuangta Market and right opposite Pingjiang Rd. There's also Starbucks right beside and just a 3 minutes walk away from the nearest metro to visit the rest of Suzhou. The hotel amenities were amazing. Loved that our room had great natural light and blackout curtains when needed, the bed and pillow were super comfortable, and the laundry + gym facilities were clean and user friendly. The drip coffee and tea bags provided in the room were surprisingly good. Front desk and housekeepers were really friendly. Overall a lovely first impression of Suzhou hospitality.
