I had an outstanding experience at Pan Pacific SuZhou.The hotel left a very good impression from the moment we arrived, with its warm atmosphere and attentive staff. We received excellent service throughout our stay, and the team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. A special shoutout to 张璐瑶Mia, who was incredibly helpful and guided us on booking of train with ease and also helping us with our luggage. Her knowledge and willingness to assist made our stay so much smoother, and we truly appreciated her dedication. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing escape. The amenities were top-notch, and every interaction with the staff left us feeling valued. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Conveniently located in the city downtown area, it offers almost everything you need as a tourist, sight seeing, shopping and city walk although it is not so near to the gardens which Suzhou is renowned for. The staff are friendly and available to help whenever we needed something. The hotel meets the expectations of Shangri-La in almost all spectrums even though some of the amenities look a bit tired and aged, but the lobby still stands quite grand. Overall, the hotel is value for money.

I highly recommend The Wyndham Garden Suzhou Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It's an excellent choice for business travelers, couples, and families alike. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip! The staff at the hotel were exceptional. From the friendly front desk team to the attentive housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel is quite new and is well located next to a major shopping center in Suzhou's ”new”er district. Check in was quite smooth and staff at front desk is very helpful. The room was well appointed but slightly disappointed at the slightly small-ish living space due to the large bathroom, a smaller than expected walk-in closet with little room for suitcase and lack of larger/second sofa in the room which made lounging a bit more difficult in the room. The room was otherwise comfortable with curtain wall glazing allowing good light penetration, the bedding is good with most IHG products, and the bathroom is comfortable with a large egg-shell type bathtub with excellent view outside. I am slightly disappointed with the breakfast, which although had most of what is on offer at most 5 star hotel, is a very self service affair even with coffee. I found the breakfast selection slightly below average and the western offering is slightly below par (The hotel is mainly forcused for domestic visitors and without international TV offerings) but I have a higher expectation for a five star hotel. The breakfast feels more like a canteen than a five star hotel breakfast, and although quite relaxing it is a bit under serviced iimho. Overall it is a good hotel and well connected with conveinent access to metro. Staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is well appointed. I didn't have a chance to use the amenities of the hotel but from what I gather they are quite well appointed as well. I would say the F&B at the hotel is a bit of a let-down and the room can benefit with larger living space.

Location is perfect. Jinji lake. Shopping mall with eateries and million shops, metro station, all in walking distance. Room was spacious. Bed was a bit soft for me, heating/AC worked well, amenities were fine. We tried the swimming pool, view was nice from the 27th floor. There was a weird noise, every 8-10 minutes a bang on the wall coming from above in the middle of the night for 1-2 hours. I guess we were just not lucky with those neighbors...
