The rooms are well-equipped, reasonably laid out, the bedding is of good quality, the hand feels delicate and soft, clean and skin-friendly, and improves the quality of sleep. The Chinese restaurant dishes taste good and the price is moderate. Due to the weather, I didn't go to the hotel, and I felt that I was on a vacation here. It is inconvenient transportation! The quality of the hotel's service is also good.

Very looking forward to the hotel, come on vacation. The price is expensive. Because of the gold diamond hotel, the requirements will naturally be higher, not to compare with the traditional five-star. Make some suggestions, I hope the hotel will be better. First, the hotel is a member system. I heard that it is more polite to the members, and I feel it and I am generally satisfied. There is this one in the country, unlike Four Seasons, Marriott, Park Hyatt and other chains. Therefore, it seems that membership is not very cost-effective. Second, the hotel service is acceptable, but not amazing, overall stable. Will take the initiative to say hello, not the kind of chain brand hotel is a bit of a standard, a bit casual, earthy feeling. Third, the environment, room facilities and sanitation are very satisfactory, giving full marks. Fourth, the hotel facilities are flawed, the pool is at room temperature, very cold, basically not used in winter, for the gold diamond hotel, specially come to swim, not a constant temperature pool, there is a lack. Fifth, the hotel breakfast is not cheap, but the variety is very small, the victory is more exquisite, the taste is OK, I hope to expand the variety appropriately. Overall pleasant hotel, wins in the environment and cleanliness.

I was very satisfied with our stay this time. First, Joyce contacted us in advance to inquire about the check-in time and help us arrange it! On the day of check-in, we also received various inquiries, which made us feel the warm service. The hotel has a good environment and is very suitable for parents and children. We rented bicycles for free at the hotel and rode around the lake with the children. The breakfast service was also great. The children thought the bread was delicious and even packed some for us. It’s also good to walk around the surrounding attractions, and you can also drive to Xishan Island for a spin. At the end of check-out, the children were given a doll as a gift. The children were very happy! Very satisfied with this stay

Great hotel! Check in was quick and Caroline gave us a free room upgrade. Stephan and Caroline went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was big, very clean and had a very comfortable bed. Highly recommend taking a room with a lake view! Great to have sundowners on the balcony. The facilities are great! Fun things to do for the whole family! Bowling, billiards, cinema and can enjoy drinks while relaxing next to the outside pool. Had tasty BBQ and free flow beer on the roof top of the hotel. Breakfast buffet (Chinese and Western style) was great with a wide variety of choice. Highly recommend staying at this hotel! Thank you again Stephan, Caroline as well as all other staff for excellent and friendly service. We can't wait to return.

Traveling with a baby, the room has a beautiful view of the lake, but the weather is not great The hotel's service attitude is not much better. The cleaning lady was very good and the room was very clean. It was a pleasant experience. This time I came to Xishan and went to the farm and the Temple of Wealth. Next time, I think I will choose golf and this room.

I traveled for a day during the Qingming Festival and stayed at Suzhou Taimeiyijun Hotel. This time, I stayed in a loft room with my children. The room is quite large, especially on the second floor. The master bedroom suite is very spacious and has a terrace. From the terrace, you can see the mountain view and a little view of Taihu Lake. There is also an inflatable pool on the terrace, but unfortunately the weather was bad and the children didn't soak in it. However, we contacted the housekeeper and asked the room service to help clean the bathtub and put hot water for the children to bathe. The environment of the whole hotel is very beautiful, with a natural oxygen bar. Equipped with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The room we stayed in was a little far from the lobby and restaurant. As long as we contacted the housekeeper, he would arrange a car to pick us up as soon as possible. Very good! Looking forward to staying next time!
