Excellent as always. The only thing I didn't love was that a staff member rings the bell to offer turn down service every night, even when this has previously been declined. Does anyone actually want or need this? It would be great to be able to opt out of these unnecessary interruptions at check-in.

The hotel is located very conveniently at the Xinghai Square, having access to the subway, being very quick at the several high speed train stations or the freeway. The staff is super friendly and very very helpful in Lamy cases. The hotel itself hat aged and you can see it, nevertheless the staff always do everything to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible.

I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. I arrived at 11:00am and was given whatever was available, which was not a very nice room. But that was my fault, because I really just needed to shower and rest. I appreciated Summer getting me a room right away. And she recommended I change rooms the next day. The next day, Maria was incredibly helpful in finding me a much nicer room with an amazing view of Jinji Lake. And she continued to assist me with other questions. Serena, as well, was very helpful in rebooking my stay for two more nights!

Great on site facilities, for a more budget hotel the gym was well maintained and required no extra free, and free laundry room was excellent. I came to run the Golden Marathon with my friends. When we checked in, the staff was very considerate and thoughtful and told us how to get to the bag collection office and how to get to the starting point of the race. I also met many runners here. There is red bean porridge and tea eggs in the lobby, which can be used as a mid-course meal and taste very good. During the holiday, I went to Suzhou Jinji Lake for a holiday and stayed at Anlu Resort Hotel for the first time. The impression is that the hotel is in a good location, located on the side of Ligongdi Road, backed by Jinji Lake. The front desk service was also good. After the check-in procedure, take us to the room. Our twin room is free to upgrade to the queen room. Although this queen bed is also made of two small beds. Hotel facilities are old but clean. There is no discomfort to stay. But the hotel TV has no cable network signal, and the only few central stations are also snowflakes, and they can't watch at all. Calling the service staff can't solve the problem. It is said that there is no way for these programs to be speechless. Breakfast is relatively simple, full but not rich, and the taste is average. The parking space is small, but fortunately, I came early and I didn't encounter any problems with parking. For example, during the peak hours of the program, parking is also a troublesome thing if you come late. As a price of more than 700 yuan a night, the price/performance ratio is still a bit worse.

The view from the room is great! ! ! The room has a small balcony. When you open the balcony door, you can see the Niccolo Hotel opposite and the island outside. The view is wide, the lake is far away, and the mood is comfortable. It is perfect for vacation and relaxation. Sitting on the balcony drinking and looking at the other side of the lake, the lights at night are also very beautiful. Thanks again to July for helping me with the upgrade! It's a pity that I came alone hahaha There is also a water-to-sky terrace on the fifth floor, where you can sit and relax. It connects the east and west wing rooms, enjoy the scenery, and chat casually. I think it will be great. It is a very good design. I borrowed the hotel's bicycle to ride around the lake, and I was able to have an overview of the environment around the hotel. The water flow and greening design was very professional, and I liked it very much. You can see the Eastern Gate very clearly from the outdoor swimming pool, but it is a pity that it is not open this season. I took a few quick photos and continued riding. I also saw a place for pets to play around. Most of the service staff in the hotel will take the initiative to say hello, and when checking out, they will also take the initiative to remind me not to forget my ID, wallet and other things. I compared and compared this one in advance for a long time. This price can make my three big and one small families very satisfied. The location is absolutely perfect. In this Suzhou landmark, I have never lived on such a high floor. Downstairs is a full commercial plaza. Takeaway is also super convenient, although it is an apartment building but not noisy, the room is very clean and the scenery is very good 👍🏻 The only regret is that I specially came to see the music fountain because I didn't see it in the marathon. I will book this next time I need it! recommend
